THE WICKENBURG SUN THE WEEK OF MARCH 26, 2003

Eleanor A. Fletcher of Congress died March 21, 2003 in Sun City West, Ariz. She was born May 6, 1908 in Tuscola, Mich. She was 94 years old.

Eleanor was a homemaker. She and her late husband, James, donated the two scoreboards at the former Wickenburg High School.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Jim and Nancy Fletcher of Congress; sister Ella Russett of Carroll, Mich.; brother Martin Haske of Saginaw, Mich.; grandson Kerry Fletcher of Baton Rouge, La.; and great-grandson Stephen Fletcher of Rollins, Wyo.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim "Grandpa" Fletcher in 1989.

Private graveside services will be held at the Wickenburg Municipal Cemetery March 26.

Contributions may be made in Mrs. Fletcher's name to a charity of one's choice.

Arrangements were handled by Wickenburg Funeral Home.
