Elvera "Vera" Angelita Jaime was born Aug. 2, 1945 and died Oct. 30, 2007. With great sorrow by the family, God called our beautiful mom home Oct. 30, to join our Tata, "Lil" Nana and a whole host of family members that preceded her into heaven. What a welcome she must have experienced as she entered into our Heavenly Father's rest. There is much to be said about our mom, "Big" Nana, sister, special aunt and friend. Many memories that we each can cherish each time a thought of her crosses our minds. For each of you she sent her love and blessings to be with you always and forever. The crosses she bore in her lifetime were shared by many. We thank God for his grace and mercy he bestowed upon her life for 62 years, and also thank each of you who, no mater what she was enduring at any given moment, stood by her and helped her through it. We will miss her presence in our lives as we are sure each of you will. Hold on to all the memories you hold in your hearts of her and look forward to the day when we will get to join her once again in eternity. Those left to carry on include her children Frank, Stephanie, Kathy, Michelle, B.J., and Jaynne; grandchildren Jake, Justin, Kyle, Hannah, Celia, Jesse, Dylan, Jonathon, Yvonne, Jarrett, Justine, Sammy, Sydney, Angel, Gabriel, and Israel; brothers (and wives) Martin and Fran, Fred and Darcy; sisters Micky, Annie, Inky and Lois; aunts, uncles and many nephews and nieces whom she loved so dearly. Graveside services will be conducted by Pastor Duane Middleton this Saturday (Nov. 10) at 3 p.m. at Garcia Cemetery. A family visitation will take place prior to service at David's Desert Chapel between noon and 2 p.m. All arrangements handled by David's Desert Chapel Funeral Home of Wickenburg.
