Born in Heber, Utah on May 24, 1905.
Departed on June 1, 2003 and resided in Camp Verde, Arizona.

Velda B. Kleinman, 98, of Camp Verde died June 1. She was born May 24, 1905 in Heber, Utah, the daughter of John and Mary Elizabeth (Jeffs) Bond.

She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She graduated from Mesa High School and was a housewife and a seamstress. She was also a member of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers. She made friends with everyone she associated with.

Mrs. Kleinman leaves two daughters, Lila Booth and Marieva Munson; three sons, Dwayne F. Kleinman, Gary E. Kleinman and John D. Kleinman; fifteen grandchildren, 53 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5 in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Camp Verde at 11:00 a.m. A time of visitation will be held from 10:30 to 11:00 a.m. at the church.

Burial will be in the Clear Creek Church.

Westcott Funeral Home, Cottonwood and Camp Verde, Arizona.
