| Chester Evert Lewis (October 12, 1940 - July 7, 2009) Loving husband, father, grandfather, brother & friend Chester E. Lewis II, age 68 passed away Tuesday, July 7, 2009 in Flagstaff, Arizona. He was born October 12, 1940 in Kingman, Arizona to Chester Evertt Lewis and Mary Heywood Lewis. He is survived by his wife; Joyce; 5 children, Chet Lewis, Shanda Horsley, Shannon Winski, Richard Lewis, Eva Dunkeson; mother, Mary Riggs; 6 brothers and sisters, Byron Lewis, Elinor Lewis, Clifton Lewis, Bob Lewis, Paul Lewis, John Lewis; grandchildren; Katie Dunkeson, Jenna Dunkeson, Shanae Horsley, Robert Horsley, Trevor Lewis, Justin Lewis and Neptune Lewis. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Friday, July 10, 2009 at the Holbrook Chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints with a viewing 1 hour prior to the services.
