Adam John Palisin, Jr.

Adam John Palisin Jr. passed away June 20, 2009 in Lake Havasu City, AZ at the age of 62. He was born on April 23, 1947 in Providence, R.I.

Adam served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam era. During the six years he spent in the Navy, he was a Navy Seal and a Fuel Analyst aboard the destroyer, USS Canberra. For 22 years, Adam worked at Havasu Regional Medical Center as an R.N. in surgery. He previously worked in Dialysis, ICU / CCU and pediatrics in many hospitals during his career.

Adam leaves behind his beloved wife of 31 years, Patricia Palisin of Lake Havasu; daughter, Mary (Jose) Palisin Bonilla; brother, Ernest Palisin Sr.; sisters, Ida King of Carbondale, CO, and Faith Gordon of Miami, FL; two grandchildren, Brandon and Isabella and many other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Adam John Palisin Sr. and Faith Eileen (McCormack) Palisin and three brothers.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 25, 2009, from 4:00 to 5:00 PM at the London Bridge Resort King Arthur room. Graveside services will be at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens on Friday, June 26, 2009 at 9:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Havasu Regional Medical Center Auxillary, 101 Civic Center Lane, Lake Havasu City,
AZ 86403.

Adams was always a very loving and generous man who enjoyed helping others. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Arrangements were placed under the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
