| Marie Turner Numkena Born in Middle Verde, Arizona on April 12, 1926. Departed on Nov. 20, 2002 and resided in Cottonwood, Arizona. Marie Turner Numkena, 76, of Phoenix died November 20. She was born April 12, 1926 in Middle Verde, the daughter of Bob and Minnie Joe Turner. She was a member of the Salt River Presbyterian Church. She leaves six grandchildren, Megan Kill, Loretta Kill, Rebeccah Beauty, Melonie Beauty, Jeremiah Beauty, Tyler Beauty and Charles Turner. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 3 in the Middle Verde Tribal Cemetery at 11 a.m. Westcott Funeral Home is directing arrangements.
