| Winey Hoffman 1941 - 2009 Winey Hoffman, age 67, passed away June 4, 2009 in in John C. Lincoln Hospital in Phoenix, AZ. Winey was born Oct. 12, 1941 in San Carlos, AZ to Lundon and Edith Johnson. She was a community health representative for the San Carlos Apache Tribe. She started school at Eagle Creek and enjoyed crocheting, sewing and being outdoors. She married her husband Wilson Hoffman in 1961. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, her sons Mitchell Hoffman(Jolene) of San Carlos, AZ and Cody Patten of Peridot, AZ, her daughters Leslie Mia Fuentes(Michael) and Chelsea Patten of Peridot, AZ, her sister Lolita Johnson and her brother Kennedy Johnson both of Peridot, AZ and 12 grandchildren. The wake will take place on June 10 at 4:00 pm at the Hoffman residence. The service will take place on June 11 at 1:00 pm at Grace Lutheran Church.
