| Published on Sunday, July 5, 2009 3:04 PM MST Wesley Jordan Lake Wesley Jordan Lake was born March 16, 1987, and went to be with his Lord and Savior on June 28, 2009. Wesley was the youngest son of Steve Lake and Jana Ballard, brother to Bret and Chance Lake, grandson of Jim and Jo Ann Ballard and Ken and Joan Lake. Wesley Jordan Lake "Wes" moved from the Valley three years ago to Lafayette, Ind. He was employed at the Subaru car factory, where he was the in-process control man. He inspected each vehicle by hand and loved his job. He was an adventurous young man. He enjoyed shooting pool, bowling snowboarding, in-line skating, racing and skydiving. Wes was smiling since the day he was born. He loved his Lord, his family and all of his many friends. Most of all, Wes loved life, and he was the apple of our eye. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Jo Ann Ballard. Funeral services were conducted Friday, July 3, at 10 a.m. at the New Life City Church in Safford. Friends and family called two hours prior to services at the church. Interment followed in the Safford Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of the Caldwell Funeral Chapel.
