| The Wickenburg Sun the week of September 1, 2004 Shirley Ann Head, daughter of Floyd and Ann Blevins, passed away on Aug. 28, 2004. Shirley was born April 4, 1940 in Eufaula, Okla. She moved to Arizona when she was 9 years old and married Jesse Head in 1957. She is survived by her husband Jesse of Congress, Ariz.; three children, Sherree Birtciel of Pinetop, Ariz., Jesse Head, Jr. of Andover, Minn., and John Head of Phoenix, Ariz.; five grandchildren; one step-grandchild; and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Carl, and daughter Debra. Visitation is Thursday (Sept. 2) from 4 to 7 p.m. at Frey Funeral Home, 980 N. Tegner St. Graveside service and burial will be at the VA National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23039 N. Cave Creek Rd., Phoenix, on Friday (Sept. 3) at 10 a.m. Frey Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements. See Also: Find A Grave |
