Marvin Roy Bragdon Born in Phoenix, Arizona on Setp. 12, 1947. Departed on June 11, 2002 and resided in Cottonwood, Arizona. Marvin Roy Brogdon, 54, of Cottonwood died June 11. He was born September 12, 1947 in Phoenix. Mr. Brogdon worked for Fann Contracting for 16 years. He was a member of the Rocky Mountain Elks Foundation, Quails Unlimited and he was a hunter and fisherman. An Army veteran of the Vietnam War, he received a purple heart. He leaves his wife, Vicki Lynn; a daughter, Courtney Lynn and Dule Adams, Phoenix; sons, Matthew Roy and Tonya Brogdon, Camp Verde, Jarrod Wayne and Jennifer Brogdon, Cottonwood; sisters, Wanda and Rosie, both of Ariz. and Geraldine of Nev.; and five grandchildren, Jacob, Alyssa, Ethan, Makayla and Austin Jace. A funeral service was held Saturday, June 15 in the Westcott Funeral Home. Burial followed in the Redwood Memorial Gardens in Dewey. VFW Post 7400 provided military honors.
