| Emilia Chavez was laid to rest on June 9, 2009. She was preceded in death by her husband, Manuel M. Chavez, and daughter, Rosie Chavez. She is survived by children, Phil Lovis, Virginia Chavez, Olga (Mark) Montgomery, Norma (Rube) Navarro, Rosa (Tim) Chapman, Yolanda Chavez, Sylvia Chavez, Arthur (Celia) Chavez; 17 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; brothers, Crabino Sandate, Gregory Sandate, Joe (Gail) Sandate, Frankie Sandate; sisters, Olivia Rhinehart, and Marylou (Max) Vasquez. |
