| Lewis (Tuffy) Fuller Born in Clinton County, Ohio on Nov. 15, 1919. Departed on July 11, 2009 and resided in Cottonwood, Arizona. Lewis “Tuffy” Fuller, 89, of Cottonwood passed away on July 11, 2009. He was born in Clinton County , Ohio on November 15, 1919. Tuffy is survived by his wife of 69 years, Ruth Esther; son Bob (Rita) of Mesa, son Tom, Scottsdale, daughter Joy (Cliff), Clarkdale, grandchildren and sister Genevieve (George), Portland, Or. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 18 at Westcott Funeral Home in Cottonwood.
