The Kingman Daily Miner July 10, 2009 Joan Lorraine Frier Joan Lorraine Frier, 70, of Kingman passed away Sunday, July 5, 2009, at her home in Kingman. She was born Jan. 29, 1939, in Clark, S.D. Joan has been a resident of Kingman for the past 26 years. She was chief nurse for Dr. Bokhari. Joan is survived by her sons, Scott Frier of Kingman, Charles Frier of Roseburg, Ore., Tim Frier of Phoenix and Dustin Frier of Mesa; her sisters, Sandra Biehl of Phoenix and Betty Hansch of Wenatchee, Wash.; and brothers, Donald Rasmussen of Oregon, Victor Rasmussen of Glendale and Joel Rasmussen of Texas. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, July 11, and from noon to 1 p.m. on Sunday at Sutton Memorial Funeral Home, 1701 Sycamore Ave. The service will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Sunday, July 12, at Sutton's. Interment will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, July 13, at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix. See Also: Find A Grave |
