Harold F. Pohl Born in Westphalia, Michigan on Aug. 9, 1928 Departed on Dec. 3, 2004 and resided in Clarkdale, AZ. Harold F. Pohl, 76, of Clarkdale died December 3. He was born August 9, 1928 in Westphalia, Michigan. He was a graduate of Lansing Business University. Mr. Pohl was a retired real estate broker. He previously had worked for General Motors. An Army veteran, he served in the Korean War. He was a member of the American Legion, Immaculate Conception Church, a past president of the Republican Club, the Knights of Columbus, Elks and the Moose. His hobbies were playing cards and watching all sports. His wife, Agnes Pohl preceded him in death. He leaves a son, William Pohl, Glendale; daughters, Elizabeth Phipps, Reseda, Calif., Carol Hofbauer, Bellingham, Wash. and Annette Pohl-Tholberg, Fort Bragg, Calif.; sister Carole Piggott of Westphalia, Mich.; fourteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A Rosary will be held on Thursday, December 9 in the Westcott Funeral Home at 3 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 10 in Immaculate Conception Church at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Valley View Cemetery.
