Born in Bangs, Texas on Jan. 1, 1921.
Departed on Jan. 23, 2005 and resided in Camp Verde, Arizona.

Juanita Chadborn, 84, of Camp Verde died January 23. Juanita was born on January 1, 1921 in Bangs, Texas to M.E. and Pauline Walker.

Upon completion of high school, Juanita entered and graduated from Nursing School in Lubbock, Texas in 1942.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband R.W. Chadborn, Jr.; and one sister.

Juanita is survived by a daughter, Cecilia (Les) Taylor; two grandchildren, Kathy Tucker and R.D. (Christine) Hill; three step-grandchildren Carlie (Brian) Rich, Adam Taylor, Kimberly Taylor, two great-grandchildren, Blake and Chad Tucker; three step-great-grandchildren, Elizabeth and Amalia Moreno, Wyatt Rich; and one sister.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 28 in the Westcott Funeral Home of Cottonwood at 10 a.m. Burial will be at Greenwood Lawn Cemetery in Phoenix, Arizona.

The family asks that donations in her memory may be made to the Northern Arizona Hospice, 269 S. Candy Lane, Cottonwood, Ariz., 86326.
