Departed on Dec. 25, 2004 and resided in Clarkdale, Arizona.

Jean Mary Lukasik, 93, of Clarkdale, Arizona passed away on Saturday, December 25th. Mrs. Lukasik was born in Warsaw, Poland on April 1, 1911.

A resident of Arizona for 56 years, she was a homemaker and managed her own apartment property.She was a former member of St. Cecilia's Catholic Church in Clarkdale, and attended St. Theresa's when she lived in Phoenix. She was also a member of the Pulaski Club.

Jean enjoyed flowers and gardening, baking and cooking, hiking, bookkeeping and her love of traveling took her to many places.

She is survived by a son, Edward J. Kielbowski; two grandchildren: Alan Kielbowski, all of San Benito, Texas, Joann Flores of Harlinger, Texas and three great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, January 2nd at the Westcott Funeral Home, 1013 E. Mingus Ave, Cottonwood, Ariz. from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 3rd at 11:00 a.m. at St. Theresa's Catholic Church in Phoenix.

Entombment will follow at St. Francis Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be sent to Immaculate Conception Church, 700 N. Bill Gray Road, Cottonwood, Arizona, 86326.
