Owr Wesley Murray
Prescott, Ariz.

July 17, 1912 - Jan. 22, 1998

Owr Murray, retired as a sheet-metal worker, died Thursday in a Prescott convalescent home. He was 85.

The Walker, Minn., native lived in Prescott for 15 years and previously in Rodeo for 20 years. He was a member of the Sheetmetal Workers Union, formerly in Oakland.

He is survived by sons, David C. Murray of Crockett, Bert Murray of Sparks, Nev., and George Murray of Phoenix; daughter, Addie Murray of Colorado Springs, Colo.; sisters, Goldie Johnson, Edith Rounds and Leatha Stranton, all of Everett, Wash.; 14 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

His wife of 64 years, Addie L. Murray, died Oct. 2, 1997.

Services: Memorial, 11 a.m. Monday at Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home in Prescott, with burial at Mountain View Cemetery in Prescott.
