Oakley (Kelly) Williams

Oakley "Kelly" Williams, 90, passed away July 9, 2009 in Prescott, Ariz. He was born Aug. 7, 1918 in Mt. Union, Iowa to Bernard and Frances (Buchanan) Williams.

Kelly was preceded in death by a son, Bill Ryan Williams; brother, Ward Williams; and sister, Maxine Spaustat.

He is survived by his wife, Carol; son, Scott (Charlotte) Williams; daughter, Kilby (Robert) Samarzich; and grandson, Mark Ekdahl.

Kelly worked for over 30 years with Blue Cross and served four years in the merchant marines. He enjoyed golf, theatre, reading and music. He was a member of the Optimist Club and was a tour guide for the Prescott Chamber of Commerce.

No services are planned.
