The Camp Verde Bugle, Camp Verde, Arizona Tuesday, July 14, 2009 Billie Jean Ford (Heydorn), 66, born Aug. 29, 1942 in Cottonwood, Ariz. Billie left us July 6, 2009 at her home in Skull Valley, Ariz. She is preceded in death by her father: William Louis Heydorn, Mother: Agnes Nellie Heydorn. She is survived by her husband, Ronald Ford, her children: Ruby (Mark) Tupper, Rondah (Steve) Garner, Richard (Melissa) Ford. Grandchildren: Christi (Ryan), Tessa, Andrew, Mathew, Chad, Garrette & Aubrieana. Hillary & Brady Ford, Skylar McIntosh & Daniel Aubel, great-grandchild: Hunter. Her siblings: Karl (Elaine) Heydorn, Evelyn (Leon) Petersen, William (Linda) Heydorn, August Heydorn, Nellie (Bill) Jones & many nephews & nieces. Extended family: Cheryl Shultz & Mark & Kim Remington. Billie attended Mingus Union High School in Jerome, AZ. She met her husband of 49 years and was married on May 22, 1960. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother & great grandmother. She was happiest when she could spend time with her family & friends. She loved to cook, read & do word search puzzles. A celebration of Billie's life will be held on her birthday, August 29th, 2009 at 10 a.m. at Chino Valley Community Cemetery, off Road 2 South in Chino Valley. A memorial luncheon to follow at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 441 W. Perkinsville Road, Chino Valley. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests any memorial donations be made to Granite Mountain Hospice or Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Chino Valley.
