Walter 'Larry' Lawrence Booth, 65, of Camp Verde, Arizona, passed away on Tuesday, April 12th. He was born in Phoenix, Arizona on June 1, 1939.

After graduating from Phoenix Union High School, Larry served in the United States Navy. He worked as an operating engineer and at the time of his retirement, he was a civil superintendent for Bechtel Corporation, a tele-communications firm.

Mr. Booth was a member of the Masons, and attended the First Baptist Church of Camp Verde. He enjoyed jeeping, hunting and polishing rocks, making jewelry, bow hunting, hiking, and travel.
He is preceded in death by a son, Ronald L.Booth.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years Tamara (Tami) A. Booth; daughter: Blythe Luree Harrington of Camp Verde, brother: Benny Lee Booth of Maricopa, Arizona, sisters: Evelyn White of Glendale, Arizona, Sharon and three grandchildren.

On Tuesday, April 19th a visitation beginning at 10:00 A.m. will be held at the United Methodist Church of Camp Verde. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 A.M. with burial at Clear Creek Cemetery.

The family has requested that donations in Larry's name be sent to the Camp Verde Historical Society, P.O. Box 1184, Camp Verde, Ariz., 86322.
