Born in Auburn, Nebraska on May 24, 1936.
Departed on May 19, 2005 and resided in Cottonwood, Arizona.

Terrence (Terry) Rose, 68, passed away peacefully on May 19, 2005. He was born on May 24, 1936 in Auburn, Nebraska into a family of eight boys.

A loving father and devoted grandfather Terry is survived by his soulmate Phyllis; brothers Jack, Bob and Larry; daughter Anne (Mike); son Joe (Marty); and grandchildren Christen, Catherine, Zak, Mary Anne, Hayley, Sarah, and Ellen.

Terry proudly served in the US Navy aboard the USS Valley Forge. A colorful ''Irishman'' and dynamic entrepreneur all of his life, one of Terry's most memorable ventures is the famous Branson, Missouri, second oldest manmade Waterslide, now in it's 30th year.

Terry retired to Cottonwood, AZ in 2000 and will be sadly missed by his many friends in the Verde Valley and across the country.

A Celebration of Terry's Life was held at Westcott Funeral Home, 1013 E. Mingus Ave., Cottonwood, Sunday, May 22, 2005 from 4 - 6 p.m.

A Memorial Mass and Rosary was held at St. John Vianney Church, 180 Soldier's Pass Road, Sedona, Monday, May 23 at 10 a.m.

Westcott Funeral Home, Cottonwood and Camp Verde, Arizona.
