Arthur Dykhuis Born in Grand Rapids, Michigan on Nov. 2, 1926. Departed on July 28, 2005 and resided in Rimrock, Arizona. Arthur Dykhuis, 78, of Rimrock died July 28, 2005. He was born November 2, 1926 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He attended Roseland Christian and Chicago Christian schools. Mr. Dykhuis retired from electrical contracting in Highland, Indiana. He was a was a Christian and served as a Deacon. He was a retired Fire Chief in Highland, Indiana and had been a volunteer firefighter. His hobbies included fishing and hunting. He leaves his wife of 57 years, Gertrude Dykhuis; sons, Arthur, Chino Valley and Jeffrey, Lake Montezuma; daughters, Sandra, Payson and Cynthia, Merriville, Ind.; sister, Marge, husband Andy, Fla.; and eight grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Monday August 1 from 1:30 - 2 p.m. in the Beaver Creek Baptist Church in Rimrock.
