Mary McKelvey

Mary D. Lisac McKelvey, entered into rest on March 3, 2004.

Mary was born on February 11, 1918 in Illinois. She has been an Arizona resident for 57 years.

Mary was preceded in death by her first husband, Matthew Lisac and her second husband, Carl "Fan" McKelvey.

She is survived by her son, James M. Lisac and his wife, Carson Randolph, son, John "Mike" and wife, Denna K. Lisac, and her daughter, Lelia M. Lisac, her grandchildren, Olivia M. Thermen, Shannon L. Lisac, and James H. Lisac, and 3 great grandchildren.

Mary was a very generous person, and a loving mother, raising her own 3 children and two nieces. Mary's warm personality, quick wit, and wonderful sense of humor were always present and added charm to her love of story telling. Mary loved to watch Lawrence Welk and, in her day, she was quite a dancer. Everyone that knew Mary loved her. She loved her church, St. Louis the King and was an avid bingo player. Mary will be truly missed by her family and friends.

Visitation to be held from 5:00-8:00 P.M. with a Rosary at 7:00 P.M. on Sunday, March 7, 2004 at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 N. 59th Ave., Glendale. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, March 8, 2004 at St. Louis the King Catholic Church, 4331 W. Maryland Ave., Glendale.

Interment at Wickenburg Cemetery on Kellis Road.
