Nina Swank, 89, died Friday March 7, at Yavapai Regional Medical Center. Born Nov. 25, 1896 in Kansas., she was the daughter of Bert and Ella Smith Fry.

She was a court reporter in Los Angeles before moving to Arizona in 1950. She and her husband, Floyd, owned and operated a motel and restaurant in Yarnell for many years before moving to Prescott in 1970.
Her husband preceded her in death in 1977.

She was a member of the Prescott Heights Baptist Church.
She is survived by a niece, Helen Leslie of Miami, Fla.; four great nieces and nephews and two great-great nephews.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the family plot at Wickenburg Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p. m. today at Hampton Funeral Home, 240 S. Cortez St.
