Christine Agnes Palmer Born in Temple, Texas on Sept. 24, 1909. Departed on Jan. 17, 2006 and resided in Cottonwood, Arizona. Christine Agnes Palmer, 96, resident of Cottonwood, Arizona, passed away Tuesday, January 17, 2006. She was born on September 24, 1909 to Thomas E. and Elizabeth J. Losee in Temple, Texas, where she grew up and graduated High School. She then attended the Woodbury Business College for 2 years in Los Angeles, California. Christine worked as an Administrative Assistant to the CFO in the world wide oil exploration. She reitred from the Santa Fe International. She was acitive in the community and she was a member of the Republican's Women's Club in Cottonwood. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and playing bridge. She was also very talented in sewing and knitting. She is preceded in death by her husband, Marvel Palmer. She leaves behind her daughters, Marge Camp and Carlton, Cottonwood, Ariz. and Dotti Olsen and Dick, San Diego, Calif.; her three grandchildren, Chris Marcantel and Richard C. Olsen, both of Tucson, Ariz., and Melanie Delfakis, Coeur d' Alene, Id., and seven great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held in her honor at the First Southern Baptist Church, 1020 Camino Real in Cottonwood on Sunday, January 22, 2006 at 2:30 p.m. Memorial contributions can be made in her name to: Hospice of Northern Arizona, 269 South Candy Lane, Cottonwood, Ariz., 86326.
