Howard Glen Parris Born in Malad, Idaho on March 11, 1930. Departed on Feb. 18, 2006 and resided in Cottonwood, Arizona. Howard Glen Parris, 75, resident of Cottonwood, AZ, passed away Saturday, February 18, 2006. He was born on Mrch 11, 1930 to Archie Francis and Norma Lee (Denton) Parris in Malad, Idaho, where he attended Downey Grade School and graduated from Downey High School. Howard served his country during the Korean Conflict in the United States Army. As a U.S. Veteran, he continued to support his country as a member of the American Legion. Professionally, he was a carpenter for the Arizona State Parks, from which he took his retirement. Howard liked being outdoors, and particularly enjoyed fishing and hunting. Howard leaves behind is wife of 55 years, Evelyn (Hunt) Parris, Cottonwood, Ariz.; sons, Donald G. Parris, Central, Ariz., Robert L. Parris, Lake Havasau City, Ariz., and Randy Parris, Cottonwood, Ariz.; daughter, Diana L. Smithson, Cottonwood, Ariz.; brothers, Jerry Parris, Chubbuck, Id. and Kyle L. Parris, Orofina, Id.; sister, Joylene Hyde, Downey, Id.; sixteen grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
