Obituaries Saturday, May 16, 2009 Chesley . . . Loren B. Chesley, 83, of Globe died Oct. 4, 2004, at his home in Globe. He was born in Ft. Thomas to an Arizona pioneer family of 15. As a young man, he used to catch the rail to Globe where he met his future wife, Anne Puhara. They married and settled in Globe where he was employed as a teamster in Local 104. After retirement, he began driving a school bus for Holy Angels and was a member of the Globe Senior Center. He is survived by three sons and one daughter-in-law, Wayne Chesley of Mesa, Ron Chesley of Globe, and Dale and Gloria Chesley of Tucson; one daughter, Patricia Salcido of Globe; two brothers, Delmond Chesley of Prescott and Jay Chesley of Montana; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Funeral service was conducted Oct. 9 at Miles Funeral Services Globe Chapel. Interment was in Globe cemetery. See Also: Find A Grave |
