Everett K. Lodge Born in Connecticut on May 3, 1919. Departed on July 22, 2006 and resided in Lake Montezuma, Arizona. Everett K. Lodge, 87, of Lake Montezuma died July 22. He was born May 13, 1919 in Connecticut, the son of Edwin R. and Olive Lodge. Mr. Lodge owned the Triple L Liquors in Lake Montezuma. He was one of the founders of Montezuma-Rimrock Fire Department in 1969. The ambulance service started in 1971. In 1972, he became Fire Chief and served for seventeen years. He was a charter member, and still a current member, of the Lake Montezuma-Rimrock Kiwanis Club. He leaves his longtime friend, Ruth Gordon of Lake Montezuma. At his request, no services are planned.
