Louise Isabel Lehr Born in Mineral Point, Wisconsin on March 5, 1918. Departed on Oct. 8, 2006 and resided in Cottonwood, Arizona. Louise Isabel Lehr, age 88, resident of Cottonwood, Arizona, passed away on Sunday, October 8, 2006. She was born on March 5, 1918 to Milton and Marie Lindholm in Mineral Point, Wisconsin, where she grew up and graduated from the local high school. Louise worked at the Page hospital for many years. She was a member of Verde Valley Christian Church. She was an avid reader and seamstress. Louise was a foster grandparent for the Headstart Program for 25 years-and she loved these children as though they were her own. She loved her family and adored being a grandmother. She is preceded in death by her husband, Harker Lehr and her granddaughter, Holly Thacker. Louise leaves behind her son, Bruce and Alice Lehr, Good Year, Ariz,; daughters, Mary and Marty White, Glendale, Ariz., Nancy Shadley, Fernley, Nev., and Christine and Brian Keisling, Page, Ariz.; thirteen grandchildren and eight grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, October 13, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at the Verde Valley Christian Church, 3605 Zalesky Rd., in Cottonwood.
