| Wylda A. Mason Born in San Jose, California, on Aug. 5, 1908. Departed on Sept. 29, 2006 and resided in Cottonwood, Arizona. Wylda A. Mason, 98, of Cottonwood died September 23, 2006. She was born August 5, 1908 in San Jose, California, the daughter of Henry Afton Bridges and Mary F. Reynolds. She was a gradauate of the nursing program at the San Francisco Childrens Hospital in 1929 and she worked as a nurse. Mrs. Mason was a member of the Presbyterian Church in San Jose, California. Her interests included roses, gardening and bowling. She preceded in death by her husband, Wilfred Gordon Mason. Wylda is survived by two sons, Arthur and Keith; two daughters, Marcia and B.J.; four grandchildren and twenty-four great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 30 in the Westcott Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m. Donationas in her memory may be made to Northern Arizona Hospice, 269 S.
