Harold E. Tower Born in Pasa Robles, California on Aug. 17, 1919. Departed on Jan. 4, 2007 and resided in Village of Oak Creek, Arizona. Harold E. Tower, 87, resident of the Village of Oak Creek-Sedona, Arizona, passed away on Thursday, January 4, 2007 in Cottonwood, Arizona. He was born August 17, 1919 in Pasa Robles, California, to Harold Edwin Tower, Sr. and Blanche (Hyres) Tower. Harold attended the Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, where he received his Bachelors Degree. He also served his country in the United States Air Force during WWII. Harold worked at the Syracuse Club in downtown Syracuse, New York, as the Club Manager for 28 years. He was a member of the Church of the Red Rocks in Sedona, Arizona. He loved golfing at the Oak Creek Country Club, playing tennis and hiking the Sedona Red Rocks. Harold leaves behind his wife of 64 years, Marion Tower of Sedona, Arizona; his son, William A. Tower with his wife, Justice of Durango, Colorado; his daughters, Jennifer McCarthy with her husband, Christopher of Gilbert, Arizona, Kristin Tower of Burlingame, Calif., JoAnne Leo with her husband, Ronald of Fulton, New York, and Carol Hotaling with her husband, Charles of Hamilton, Florida; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date at the Sedona Winds in the Village of Oak Creek. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the American Heart Institute, P.O.
