| Jerome "Jerry" Michael Ludwig Jerome Michael Ludwig, 60, of Lake Montezuma, passed away on Wednesday, May 23, 2007. He was born on September 26, 1946 to Lucille and Lenus Ludwig in Marshall, Minnesota-where he grew up and married his high school sweetheart, Ruth, in April of 1965. He served 4 years in the United States Air Force prior to attending and graduating from Southwest State College in Marshall, Minnesota. Jerry moved his family to Scottsdale in the summer of 1976. In December of 1999, Jerry and Ruth moved to Rimrock, Arizona and bought their own business, The Old Corral. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Hunter Michael Johnson. Jerry is survived by his wife, Ruth, Lake Montezuma Ariz.; son, Todd, Glendale, Ariz.; daughter, Traci Johnson, Peoria; three grandchildren, Weston, Hayden, and Hollie and sister, Jackie Stalpes of Mesa. A Memorial Service will be held at Westcott Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 29, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Jerry’s favorite charity, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tenn., 38105.
