| Dianne "Toots" Brower Dianne Brower “Toots”, 55, resident of Clarkdale, Passed away at home on Wednesday, June 13, 2007. She was born September 1, 1951 in Los Angeles, California to Alfredo and Patricia (Blandori) Herman. Toots was loved by everyone who knew her. We will have a party, not a wake … BYOB. She leaves behind sons, Jesse and Rachel PreFontaine, Canada, Tim Paget, Clarkdale and two grandchildren, Orion and CJ. An All-Day Celebration will be held on Saturday, July 14, 2007 at S 71 Seista, in Clarkdale Patiotown.
