Sierra Alice Voss

Sierra Alice Voss, 70, resident of Camp Verde, passed away at her home on Monday, November 26, 2007, as a result of Parkinson’s disease. She was born in Orlando, Florida on March 25, 1937 to Frank and Florence GaNun. Her given birth name was Sara Alice GaNun.

Sierra married Fred Voss in Mexico City, Mexico in 1960. She has resided in Denver, Colorado; Wichita, Kansas; Sunnyvale, California; and Fountain Valley, California-where she gave birth to her two sons, Dona and Sean Voss. In 1997 she moved to Camp Verde, Arizona where she worked as a health consultant, artist, and poet.

She is survived by her sons, Dana Warren Voss and Sean Forrest Voss; two grandchildren, Myles Voss and Moana (Skipps) Munyer; and her great-grandchild, Kailani Munyer.

A private memorial service will he held at her home.
