| Tekeeni Hawk Montez Tekeeni Hawk Montez, resident of Glendale, Ariz., passed away on Monday, February 25, 2008 at the age of 31. He was born in Garberville, Calif. on August 10, 1976 to David Singing Bear and Dorothy Montez. Teekeeni worked as a Plumber's apprentice. He was also a horticulturalist. He enjoyed Celtic and Irish folklore. He leaves behind his father, David Singing Bear of Cottonwood; his grandmother, Minnie Thompson also of Cottonwood; and his brother, Raqui Montez with his wife, Barbara of Glendale. A Memorial Service will be held at Westcott Funeral Home on Saturday, March 8, 2008 at 4:00pm.
