Albert Budd Anderson, 84, passed away on Monday March 13, 2006, surrounded by his family and pets. He was born on March 20, 1922 in Cedar Bend, MN. Bud was one of the first 50 people to live in Lake Havasu City, AZ; moving here in 1964 with Hank Menke. They built the first eight homes and the Nautical Inn. Bud, Florence and his daughter Suzie moved here from Whittier, CA. Buds sister, Marie Hunt and brother-in-law Dick moved here several years later. Bud loved to golf, bowl and play darts and pool. Most of all, he loved a nice cold beer with his friends. Bud is survived by one daughter, one son and four step-children. He also has 4 grandsons, one granddaughter and five great grandchildren. Bud had two wonderful wives who preceded him in death, Florence Rovira Anderson for 45 years, Doris Marie Kennedy Anderson for 14 years and also Michael his grandson and Darrel his step-son. Bud helped a lot of people in town when he had his small rental business and U-Haul dealership. God Bless you Dad! We all loved you!
