A celebration of Charles’ life will take place at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 20, at the VA Medical Center Chapel in Prescott. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Friday, April 21, on the family ranch in Wickieup. Arrangements by Arizona Ruffner Funeral Home. |
