Mary Etta Cousyn

Mary Etta Cousyn, 78 passed away on July 8, 2005 in Phoenix, AZ at the Heart Institute. She was born June 11, 1927 in Huntington Beach, CA.

In loving memory of the most BEAUTIFUL wife, LOVING mother, GREATEST grandmother, and SPECIAL great grandmother we lay to rest.

Mary and her husband Ben moved to Lake Havasu 28 years ago from Stanton, CA. Mary loved taking care of her husband and her home. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, sewing, fishing and later in life communicating on her computer with family and friends and playing on "CLUB POGO". She especially enjoyed spending time with her family. She was loved and cherished by her family and especially by her husband Ben who loved his "MARY POO POO" from the bottom of his heart. And will be missed very much by all.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 65 years Ben H. Cousyn of Lake Havasu; sons, Rodney B. Cousyn of North Bend, WA and Henry B. Cousyn of Desert Hills; daughter, Loretta May Lester of North Bend, WA; grandchildren, Jennifer J. Parsons of Amity, OR, Rodney S. Cousyn of Lake Havasu, Summer D. Ketts of Denver, CO, William B. Wamack Jr. of Lake Havasu, Ben H. Wamack of North Bend, WA, Eugene B. Cousyn of Desert Hills, Denise Cousyn of Desert Hills, Tina Cousyn, Loren Cousyn of Eugene, OR; great grandchildren, Dustin R. Parsons of Amity, OR, Taylor B. Parsons of Amity, OR, Andrew B. Richardson of Lake Havasu and Aaron P. Richardson of Lake Havasu.

A visitation will be held Thursday, July 14 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Lietz-Fraze Chapel. Graveside services will be Friday, July 15, 1:00 PM at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens. Thomas Leslie Davis will officiate.

The family has requested donations go the Western Arizona Humane Society, 1100 Empire Dr., Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403.
