Patricia Lynn Day passed away on December 31, 2007 in Lake Havasu City, AZ; at the age of 69. She was born on January 15, 1938 in Chicago, IL; to Thomas and Rachel (Larkam) Perkins.

Pat, as she was known to her friends, and her husband Rodney lived in Quincy, CA; prior to moving to Lake Hvasu City, AZ; 6 years ago. In Quincy, Pat owned and operated her own book store for 20 years, selling both new and old books. When she closed up her business to move to Lake Havasu City, her husband Rodney stated she brought a few book with her, approximately 2000, which fill the shelves in their home. Pat was a member of the Alpha Omicron PHI Society.

Pat is survived by her husband of 43 years, Rodney, son Thomas R. Day of Lake Havasu City, AZ; daughter Theresa L. Day of Quincy, CA; mother Rachel Blaikie of Palm Desert, CA; brothers, John Perkins of Marina Del Rey, CA; Doug Perkins of Rhode Island; and grandchildren, Chad and McKenzie Day; Sierra, Parker and Morgan McMaster.

Visitation will be held at Lietz-Fraze Chapel on Sunday, January 6, 2008 from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held at Lietz-Fraze Chapel on Monday, January 7, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. Words of wisdom and comfort will be expressed by Rev. Carol Sheffield. Burial will follow at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, her family has requested that donations be made in Pat's name to Hospice of Havasu, P.O. Box 597, Lake Havasu City, AZ; 86406.
