Milton E. Hannah 80, passed away on Novmeber 23rd 2002 at his residence in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born on October 8th, 1922 in Picher, Oklahoma.

Milton moved to Lake Havasu City, Az. 24 years ago from Los Angeles, CA; He was a salesman for 50 years. He worked for Ceremic Tile in Long Beach, CA. Milton was a WWII veteran of the U.S. Navy and he served on the USS Essex, First Class, USS Atlanta, First Class and was a Fire Controlman, Third Class.

Milton, everyone knew him as "Duke" loved his family, friends, home and the desert. He was fond of horseback riding, rafting, dancing and especially loved his yard, flowers and trees.

He is survived by his loving wife of 26 years Helen Hannah of Lake Havasu City, AZ; sons Mark Twain and wife Carol of Palm Springs, CA; Chad Hannah and wife Barbara of Denver, CO;grandchildren Tammie and husband John of Iowa, Kelly and wife Jennifer of Utah, Jamie and husband Steve of TX,great grandchildren Jessica, John David "JD" Sophie and Justin; nieces Linda and husband Gary, Laurie and husband John, Regina and husband Sid, Valerie and husband Mike, nephew Dan and wife Dianne and all their children who loved him, sisters Geneva Doss and husband Bill of Banning, CA, and Dorothy Hodgson and husband Jack of Sonora, CA; step children Nicolette Erlandson and husband Eric of Lake Havasu City, AZ; Peter Photos of Lake Havasu City, AZ; Marcia Sweet of Spokane, WA; step-grandchildren, Stephen, Evan, Erik Michael all of Lake Havasu City, AZ; preceded in were his first wife Dottie and son Kelly Hannah.

Duke you are "Riding High" now, the coffee is on the fire, Go "home" Cowboy. We will all miss you, our cowboy has gone to rest.

A memorial service will be held at Lietz-Fraze Chapel on Tuesday, November 26th, 2002 at 12:00 PM with Rev. Carol Sheffield officiating. Private burial will be at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to go to Hospice of Havasu, P.O. Box 597, Lake Havasu City, AZ. 86405.
