Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, July 25, 2009 at the Pima LDS Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Friends and family may call on Friday evening in the Pima LDS Chapel from 6 – 8 p.m. and one hour prior to the funeral service. Interment will follow in the Pima Cemetery.

Kenneth Alvin Lines, 80, passed away July 21, 2009 at his home in Pima, Arizona surrounded by his family. Kenneth was born August 8, 1928 to Al and Allie Lines in Pima, Arizona.

Kenneth served his country in the Army. He then worked for the Phelps Dodge Corporation for 30 years. He was also an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Kenneth is survived by his loving wife Cherie, their four children Steve, Gary, Jim and Vicki, 12 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, his brother Wilton, his sister Aileen Carter Weech. He is preceded in death by his parents, his sisters Flora Norton, Chloe Peck, Vera Sanders and Emalene Mulleneaux and his brother Doyle Lines.
