Milan Charles Hromadka

Milan Charles Hromadka, 87, passed away in Lake Havasu City, Arizona October 13, 2002. He was born August 3, 1915 in Chicago, Illinois to Anton & Antonette "Kadlec" Hromadka.

Milan moved to Lake Havasu 18 years ago from Northbrook, Illinois. In Evanston, Illinois he spent 10 years as Regional Manager for Evanston Fuel and Material.

He was a proud veteran in the US Army during WWII. He was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Roman Catholic Church, the Rotary Club in Illinois, the Elks Lodge, American Legion and was past commander of the VFW in Fox River Grove, Illinois.

Mr. Hromadka is survived by loving wife of almost 52 years, Mary Hromadka of Lake Havasu; sons, Michael Hromadka and his wife Jennifer of Fairbanks, Alaska and Martin Hromadka and his wife Rosa of Vista, California; daughter, Margaret and her husband Dr. Damien Kennedy of Caulfield, Australia and his three loving grandchildren, Simone, Robyn and James Kennedy.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, October 22, 2002 at 11:00 A.M. with Deacon Tom DeFilippis officiating. Military honors will be held by V.F.W. Post #9401.

In lieu of flowers, the family request contributions to Hospice of Havasu.

Arrangements were made by Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
