| Margaret "Peggy" Jacobs, 85, passed away September 3, 2005 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born to Leonard and Dorothy (Gladwell) Charlwood on September 7, 1919 in London, England. Peggy moved to Lake Havasu 37 years ago from Manhattan Beach, CA. She was the first secretary for the Lake Havasu High School principal and retained her position for 13 years. Peggy was also one of the original board members of the Lake Havasu Community Hospital. She loved crocheting and was an avid bird lover. Peggy is survived by her loving family, sons, Jack Jacobs Jr. and Jeffrey Jacobs; brother, Reggie Charlwood and three grandchildren, twins, Brad and Brian Jacobs; Lance Jacobs and one great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 58 years, J. Robert Jacobs, who passed away on February 3, 2003. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, September 14, 1:00 PM at Lietz-Fraze Chapel. Pastor Dale Ray will officiate. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Havasu, PO Box 597, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86405. Arrangements entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
