Raymond Kozlowski, 64, passed away on May 28, 2005 at his home in Lake Havasu City, AZ; after a long battle with cancer. He was born on December 11, 1940 in Norfolk, VA. He retired to Lake Havasu City, AZ; in 2000, after 35 years of employment with Fornaca Family Bakery in El Centro and San Diego, CA; area. Ray graduated from Saint Augustine High School in San Diego, CA. He loved his years in Havasu, fishing on the lake with his wife and playing golf with his son. He also enjoyed vacationing in Hawaii, while visiting his daughter and family. He will be greatly missed by his loving family and many friends. "A good man has left this earth", a friend says. Ray is survived by his wife of 40 years, Michaeleen, son Vincent â?oGaryâ? Kozlowski of Lake Havasu City, AZ; daughter Rashelle Caton, husband Paul and their only grandson Dylan Paul of Haleiwa, HI; parents Vince and Dorothy Kozlowski of Tok, AK; brother, Joe Kozlowski of Imperial Beach, CA; sisters Dianne Davy and husband Bill of Imperial Beach, CA; Evelyn Martiniuk and husband John of Tok, AK; addition to many beloved brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews. Ray was preceded in death by his brother Vincent "Michael" Kozlowski of Tok, AK. A scripture service will be held at Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home on Saturday, June 4, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. Deacon Patrick Toilolo will be officiating. Also there will be a service held in Tok, AK; future date to be determined. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ray's name to Hospice of Havasu, P.O. Box 597, Lake Havasu City, AZ; 86405.
