| John "Jack" Vincent Lusk Sr., 66, passed away on Friday, November 23, 2007 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born on December 6, 1940 in St. Paul, MN; to Roger and Joyce (Vincent) Lusk. Jack moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ; 25 years ago from St. Paul, MN. He worked as the business office manager for Havasu Regional Medical Center for 17 years. Jack was a member of the B.P.O.E. Elks Lodge and Eagles Aerie 4299. He enjoyed jigsaw puzzles and video poker. Jack will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Jack is survived by his beloved wife and best friend Flo, son John Lusk Jr. and wife Robin of Lake Havasu City, AZ; daughter, Dottie Stewart and husband Jim of Prescott Valley, AZ; 4 brothers in Minnesota, 5 sisters in Minnesota and granddaughters, Amanda and Delaney. .Visitation will be held at Lietz-Fraze Chapel on Tuesday, November 27, 2007 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held at Our Lady of the Lake Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday, November 28, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens. The celebration of Jack's life will continue at Jack & Flo's home at 2:00 PM. Contributions can be made in John's (Jack) name to Hospice of Havasu, P.O. Box 597, Lake Havasu City, AZ; 86405.
