William T. Masche, Sr, 80, passed away March 24, 2007 in Lake Havasu City after a long illness. He was born March 14, 1927 in Whitestone, New York to William and Margaret Masche. He served his country in the U.S. Army Bill loved the simpler things in life. His family was most important to him and he enjoyed sharing his interests of fishing, hunting, gardening, woodworking and cooking with family and friends. He met many people in his life that became part of his "extended family". He leaves behind his wife of 55 years, Joan; his children, Bill (Laura), Pat (Bruce), Carol Barbara, Jeanne (Jim), John (Audra); his grandchildren Billy (Natalie), Bryan (Jenny), Bob (Jennifer), Ava Grace and Jack; his great-grandchildren Jaxx, Jett and Michaela; his sisters Peggy, Evelyn and Carol, numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 28, 2007 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, March 29, 2007 at Our Lady of the Lake Roman Catholic Church at 11:00 am. Burial will follow at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens. Donations may be made to the Havasu Heart Society, 2126 McCulloch Blvd. #7, Lake Havasu City, AZ; 86403 Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
