| Patricia Miller, 74, passed away August 5, 2003 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. She was born September 15, 1928 in Defiance, Ohio to John and Pauline (McCarthy) Ryan. In 1946, she married Melvin E. Miller who survives her. They moved to Lake Havasu City in 1989. Pat is also survived by two daughters, Vivian Lewis of Crystal, Michigan and Constance Miller of Marietta, Georgia; brother, Allen Ryan of Suffield, Connecticut; a sister, Sue Synder of Williamsport, Pennsylvania; two granddaughters and three great grandchildren. Her parens and a brother, John Ryan precede her in . A visitation will be held Thursday, August 7 at 9:00 am. Funeral services will follow at 10:00 am, Thursday, August 7 with Pastor Tom Dunham officiating. Interment will take place at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers she asked that donations be made to Hospice of Havasu, PO Box 597, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86405 or the American Cancer Society. Arrangements were made by Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
