| Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, December 12, 2007 Walter Phelps, 93, of Prescott, Ariz., born Jan. 1, 1914, in Glenwood, Iowa, passed away Dec. 11, 2007, at Prescott Samaritan Village Village in Prescott. A memorial service will take place at a later date in Iowa. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home in Prescott assisted the family with arrangements. |
