| Reta Lucille Ruffner, 82, passed away June 6, 2006 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born to Hugh and Bertha (Pointer) Willoughby on May 14, 1924 in Jefferson, MO. Reta married her best friend William Lindberg Ruffner on September 2, 1947. She moved to Lake Havasu 9 year s ago from Laughlin, NV. She loved spending time with her family. Reta is survived by her loving family, son, Scott (Audrey) Ruffner of Lake Havasu; daughter, Cynthia (Mel) Ramage of Lake Havasu; brothers, James (Lois) Willoughby of Owensville, MO and Tom (Carol) Willoughby of Fresno, CA; sisters, Ruth Micciancio of Lake Havasu and Roxie Hengstenberg of Buena Park, CA; grandchildren, Cambria (Jason) Hilgers, Matthew Horn, Scott Ruffner Jr. and Austin Ruffner; great grandchildren, Nathan and Mitchell Hilgers. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William. A visitation will be held Friday, June 9, 2006, at 6:00 pm, followed by the funeral services at 7:00 pm at Lietz-Fraze Chapel. Minister John Walton will officiate the services. A private interment will take place at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens. Donations may be made in Reta's name to Havasu Christian Church, 341 Mulberry Ave., Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403.
