Frank Joseph Schumacher 87, passed away Monday October 7, 2002 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. He was born November 19, 1914, one of nine children to John and Maggie Schumacher in Circle, Montana. There are two sisters and one brother living, Evelyn Lumley of Spokane, Washington, Lavina Petruska of Kent, Washington and Ed Schumacher of Polson, Montana. Frank married Merle D. Vert on October 12, 1935. He is survived by his loving wife of 67 years Merle, also daughters Darlean Cook of Lake Havasu City, Arizona and Sharyl Reese and her husband Bob of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, 5 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren. Frank and Merle moved from Montana to Oregon in 1957 and opened their F & M TV Service. Frank earned his degree in electronics in 1954. They were in business in Hillsboro, Oregon for 25 years. They then moved to Lake Havasu in 1994. Frank also was a very good woodworker and built lots of beautiful things. He was a lifemember of the Elks. Frank wished donation be made to Hospice of Havasu P O Box 597, Lake Havasu City, Arizona 86405-0597. An inurnment will be held on Friday Ocotber 11, 2002 at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens at 10:00 A.M. with Deacon Tom DeFilippis. Arrangements were made by Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
